Throughout the year at each competition hosted by Weightlifting Tasmania, a referee panel confers and awards votes to 3 participants immediately following each session. The criteria upon which votes are awarded may include skill displayed, competitiveness, making 6 out of 6 lifts, courage or any other factor at the discretion of the referees.
